At Honey Bee, we want you to love your Honey Drops as much as we loved creating them. 🐝💛 If something isn’t quite right, we’re happy to accept eligible returns within the guidelines below.

14-Day Return Window

Customers may request a return within 14 calendar days from the date their order is marked as delivered by the shipping carrier.

Return requests submitted after the 14-day return period may not be accepted.

Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return, merchandise must be:

Unworn, unused, and unwashed

In its original condition

Free from stains, deodorant, makeup, pet hair, odors, or other signs of wear

Returned with all original tags and packaging, when applicable

Accompanied by proof of purchase or an order number

You are welcome to carefully try on apparel to check the fit. However, products that have been worn for pole practice, aerial training, exercise, performances, photoshoots, or other extended use are considered used and are not eligible for return.

Please take extra care when trying on items with Honey Bee's silicone grip features. Products showing signs of use, damage, excessive stretching, contamination, or alteration may not qualify for a refund.

Knee Pads & Hygiene-Sensitive Products

For hygiene and safety reasons, knee pads and other hygiene-sensitive products must be returned in new, unused condition.

Knee pads may be tried on briefly for sizing but cannot show signs of training, floor work, wear, sweat, staining, or other use.

Non-Returnable Items

Unless required otherwise by applicable law, the following items are considered final sale and cannot be returned:

Gift cards

Items clearly marked Final Sale

Personalized or custom-made products

Products that have been worn, washed, altered, damaged, or used

Items returned outside the 14-day return window

Sale or promotional merchandise is eligible for return unless the product was specifically identified as Final Sale at the time of purchase.

Starting a Return

To request a return, please contact Honey Bee using the contact information provided on our website within 14 days of delivery.

Please include your:

Order number • Name • Item(s) you wish to return • Reason for the return

If your return is approved, we will provide instructions for sending your item back.

Please do not send merchandise back without first requesting a return.

Return Shipping

Unless the product arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect due to an error by Honey Bee, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless required by law or the return is the result of an error by Honey Bee.

We recommend using a trackable shipping method when returning merchandise. Honey Bee cannot guarantee receipt of return packages that cannot be tracked.

Refunds

Once your return is received, we will inspect the merchandise to confirm that it meets our return requirements.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original method of payment.

Please allow time for your bank, credit card company, or payment provider to process and post the refund after it has been issued.

If a returned product does not meet the eligibility requirements outlined in this policy, we reserve the right to deny the refund to the extent permitted by applicable law.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your Honey Drop arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible after delivery so we can make it right. 🐝

Please include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photographs of the product and packaging when applicable.

If we determine that an item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect due to an error by Honey Bee, we will provide an appropriate remedy, which may include replacement, refund, or another solution as required by applicable law.

Exchanges

We do not currently offer direct exchanges.

If you need a different size, color, or product, you may return an eligible item in accordance with this policy and place a new order for the item you would prefer.

This helps ensure that your desired Honey Drop does not sell out while your return is being processed.

Lost or Stolen Packages

If tracking shows that your package was delivered but you cannot locate it, please check around the delivery location, with household members or neighbors, and contact the shipping carrier when appropriate.

Please also contact Honey Bee so we can help review the situation.

A carrier's “delivered” status does not automatically determine the outcome of every claim, and any remedy will depend on the circumstances and applicable law.

Consumer Rights

Nothing in this Return & Refund Policy is intended to limit or waive any rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded under applicable federal, state, or local consumer-protection laws.

No Honey Bee product can eliminate the inherent risks associated with pole or aerial activities, and no product should be considered a substitute for appropriate instruction, supervision, safety equipment, spotting, crash mats, or other appropriate safety practices.

Customers are responsible for determining whether a product and physical activity are appropriate for their individual circumstances and for using products according to their intended purpose and any instructions provided.

Grip-enhancing products may assist with grip but do not guarantee that a user will maintain contact with a pole or other apparatus.
